Mystery Explored: The Real Queen of Sheba
Expedition Dates: August 24 - September 11, 2005

Traveling back through time along the ancient incense trails of the Near and Middle East, I sought to unearth the real story behind the legends of the mysterious Queen of Sheba.  I explored underground churches and ruined temples in northern Ethiopia, and journeyed into the volatile tribal deserts of Yemen, where I first had to earn the trust of Bedouin tribesmen before I was allowed to explore a forgotten city named for the Bible’s most famous queen.
